World’s Best Cheeses is one of America’s leading cheese importers. We sell over 3,000 gourmet items to specialty stores from San Diego to Portland, Oregon.
Currently, we are looking for a well-organized Administrative Assistant.
The job includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Main responsibility will be invoicing daily orders.
- Billing customer orders (this requires you to be fast and accurate with a numeric keyboard). Attention to detail is a top priority.
- Other general office duties include filing, data entry and checking inventory in the warehouse.
- Assisting customers with invoice requests and credit memos.
- The person in this position must be well organized and have strong attention for detail.
- Able to speak Spanish is a plus.
Working hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, as needed. Position can be full time or part time, depending on business needs.
The starting pay is $20.00/hour with overtime paid after 40 hours. There are a full range of benefits including SINGLE MEDICAL (80% PAID BY WB CHEESE). We also have holidays, personal days, vacation days, a 401K plan, and bonuses.
