Established Bay Area general contractor seeks experienced Project Manager for multiple residential projects in the Bay Area.
Successful Candidate will have the following traits:
5 years minimum verifiable experience in custom residential construction.
Knowledge of scheduling, change order directives & client contact.
Familiarity with or ability to learn project management software.
Estimating knowledge helpful.
