Office Admin/CSR

Family owned HVAC company looking to add another great person to our team.

The CSR will perform the following tasks while helping in other areas of the company.

Necessary for job: Service Titan/Service Fusion/Field Edge or very similar software, Dispatch experience, Pleasant phone voice, Multi-tasking, Microsoft Word/Excel, typing more than 30 wpm & ability to stay calm under stressful circumstances.

Responsibilities include, but not limited:

First point of contact for incoming calls and provide excellent customer service and dispatch service technicians.

Other duties as needed and assigned.

Proficient computer skills. (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Etc.)

Excellent written, grammar and verbal communication skills.

Geographic area knowledge necessary for dispatching.

Experience with Service Titan software/Field Service Software or similar necessary.

Knowledge of the HVAC industry a major plus.

Phone Line System Experience-

Must be able to enter data into software while simultaneously speaking to customer on the phone. (handsfree headset will be provided)

Listening while entering data and be efficient with timing on phone calls.

Multi phone line system skills, be able to take calls while on the phone, having the ability to tell a customer to please hold while picking up a ringing line.

Be able to prioritize calls by first come first serve, and be aware of how long a caller is holding as to give the best customer service.
