We provide a full range of architectural design and structural engineering services throughout the SF Bay Area with emphasis on new residential buildings and alterations and seismic upgrades of existing structures. We also participate in real estate property management.
The firm is seeking full time Office Assistant. The ideal candidate must be eager and open to learn a variety of new skills
Assist the President with project management software, employee benefit plans and human resources
Perform clerical duties, such as filing, scanning, and data entry, light errands
Monitor office supplies and maintenance and cleaning
Learn minor design work on AutoCad software
Assist in property management duties with spreadsheets and Goggle Docs and Airbnb’s
Qualifications:
Proficiency in typing and internet research, MS Office (ideally Excel and Word), BillQuick software and AutoCAD a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with superb organizational skills
Ability to multi-task efficiently
Sense of urgency, punctual and reliable
