Duties include:
Daily review of ROR (Release on Receipt/Receival)
Sending test reports to Environmental Health, Air Quality Agencies and Customers
Maintaining training records
Updating calendar
Scanning documents
Filing (physical and digital)
Answering incoming calls
Additional administrative duties
Desired skills and characteristics:
Highly organized and independent
Strong attention to detail
Computer Literacy- Microsoft Office, Notion (not required), QuickBooks
Previous admin/office experience is a plus!
Schedule: Up to 20 hours a week, M-F
