A local Silicon Valley real estate company is looking for a property manager, who has commercial property management experience. The property manager will be primarily responsible for the management of the retail area in a mixed-use project. The property manager should have the following capabilities:
Commercial property management background
Lease administration and documentation (3-day notice, unlawful detainer, notice of non-responsibility, lawsuits, city requirements, lease and project memorandums, etc.)
Working with and documenting tenants’ improvements, while coordinating and sometimes restricting contractors’ work.
Problem solving and conflict resolution ability that resolve situations on a positive note.
Flexible to work on other projects
Must be a motivated self-starter
Must be organized, hard-working, energetic and communicate well with a friendly demeanor
Yardi Breeze experience a plus
