Job description
Produce Company is looking to hire a full-time, talented and extremely motivated sales individual. An individual with experience in the wholesale produce industry would highly encourage to apply. Must be bilingual in Mandarin/English.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop relationships with buyers across the nation over the phone, in person, & via email, becoming their main point of contact with the brand.
Follow up regularly with customers in order to create new orders, re-orders, and extensions as well as walk them through the company products.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, being creative in finding solutions to increase customer loyalty and happiness.
Communicate and work alongside the warehouse and operation teams to ensure that all customer needs are met.
Perform business analysis by looking into best-selling items, growth indicators for new accounts, and show reports to maximize sales opportunities (weekly, monthly, seasonally, and annually).
Qualification:
Quick learner, detail-oriented
Excellent organizational skills, able to multi-task
Pro-active attitude, team player
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
PC skills (Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Bilingual a plus – Mandarin
Previous sales experience and/or produce knowledge preferred
Education: Associates (AAS) degree or Bachelor's (BS/BA) degree preferred but not required
