We're looking for someone to join our team 2-3 nights/week as a bar back & busser. This position assists a solo bartender by greeting guests, taking orders, pouring beer & wine, and assisting as a food runner to the dining room and bar. This is a GREAT position for someone interested in learning how to bartend! Candidates must be 21+.
Our bar back plays an important role in our nightly service and is responsible for keeping the bar and takeout area clean and organized during service and while setting up for the next day. Hours are 5:00 PM until close (we seat until 9:00 and are usually wrapped up by 10:30). Ability to work Friday-Saturday is a must, but a flexible schedule to pick up random bussing shifts Tuesday-Thursday as needed is helpful!
This is a very hands-on, teamwork-oriented environment. Everyone hustles but bar backs are compensated with tips in the $10/hour range. Experience is a plus but we'll train someone with the right attitude!
