Cambria Christmas Market is searching for a F & B Manager to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who will be managing our Christmas Market Food & Beverage temporary staff working our Christmas Market. This individual will also work closely with our F&B Manager, Banquet Chef, Kitchen Manager to ensure smooth operation of our Christmas Market food services. This is a seasonal position paying paying $20/Hour plus tips. Must be able to work evenings and weekends during the busy holiday season.
Position Overview:
As a Food & Beverage MOD, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the department, maintaining high-quality service standards, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will work collaboratively with the Food & Beverage Manager or Director, Banquet/Pastry Chef, Assistant Event Coordinator and the Christmas Market Manager to ensure consistent communication in all things related to food & beverage for the Christmas Market event. In the absence of the Food and Beverage Director or Manager, you will work closely with the food and beverage team to provide exceptional experiences to guests, while also managing the day-to-day operations including food preparation and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have a strong culinary background, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
