We are seeking an Administrative Assistant / Customer Service Rep. to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
Data entry, filing, and email correspondence
Schedule appointments for multiple field technichians
Be responsible overseeing service departments tasks (work order creation, follow up, and closure)
Answer inbound telephone calls
Invoicing and billing
Light purchasing and order tracking
Work directly with management and other office staff
Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
Quickbooks Desktop experience
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail
​Strong organizational skills
This is a full time M-F position, hours being 7:00 - 4:00 or 8:00 - 5:00 (to be determined)
