Imhoff Painting Inc in Englewood is looking for a Friendly & Positive, Highly Organized, Dependable person. This position requires the ability to work independently, as well as with a team.
JOB DUTIES include (but not limited to): Professionally answering incoming phone calls, scheduling appts, fielding questions and route appropriately, accurate data entry,create and distribute job folders/paperwork, ensure job files are up-to-date,request and send COIs,write and send Thank You cards, collect/prepare HR paperwork, schedule on-boarding of new hiresandmiscellaneous tasks as they arise.
Applicants must have excellent customer service & communication skills. Be accountable, professional, self-motivated and great at following procedures & directions.
REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years previous experience in a busy office setting preferred
Technologically savvy – computer software, cloud-based apps, scanning and sharing documents
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Experience with Google sheets & Googledocs a plus.
Ability to pass illegal drug screening, background check
SCHEDULE:40 hours per week, Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm
COMPENSATION:$23+/hrto start - depending on experience
