We are seeking a detail oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and assist in daily office operations.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Provide personal assistant support to office staff
- Perform general office tasks such as typing, copying, and scanning documents
- Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent customer service
- Bilingual skills are a plus for communicating with diverse clients
- Familiarity with Google Suite for managing documents and emails
- Keeping inventory of office supplies ,company tools and ordering new material as needed
-Create invoices and send them out
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Must be excel savvy
