ADP HRIS Analyst

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an ADP HRIS Analyst in Washington, District of Columbia to support our growing non-profit client. The selected Contractor will be a key player, focusing on updating and maintaining the HRIS system (ADP), specifically the Time & Attendance portal. You will also collaborate closely with the finance team and communicate with ADP Support to ensure all updates are accurately implemented and maintained.Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits and updates of the ADP system, specifically the Time & Attendance portal. Collaborate closely with the payroll team to ensure all updates are accurately captured and reported in a timely manner. Coordinate with the ADP Technical Support team and other internal stakeholders to research and resolve action items. Update the accruals for sick days in the ADP system as needed. Handle the transition of working hours from 8.0-hour work days to 7.0 as per the terms of the new agreement. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation once the system has been updated. Perform ad hoc reporting duties as required. Utilize auditing skills to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in the HRIS. Leverage knowledge of business process functions to optimize the use of HRIS.Requirements Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in ADP, specifically the Time and Attendance module is required Familiarity with Business Process Functions Experience with Payroll Accounting is highly preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
