Associate Project Manager

Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Associate Project Manager to work remotely. This role is centered on managing cross-functional teams and focusing on the delivery of internal products or administrative systems. The successful candidate will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision, applying professional expertise and judgement in the execution of their duties. Responsibilities: Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to ensure optimal productivity and project outcomes Oversee project schedules and budgets, ensuring all work is completed within agreed parameters Monitor the progress of projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and efficient completion Liaise with internal customers or department personnel, fostering open communication and collaboration Organize project activities and interdepartmental meetings, promoting a cohesive and productive work environment Apply understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline to daily operations Analyze factual information and make evaluative judgements based on these analyses Manage project budgets, ensuring resources are effectively utilized and financial constraints are adhered to Use communication and planning processes skills to effectively manage project timelines and deliverables Utilize project management and supervising skills to oversee project teams and ensure project success.Requirements Must possess strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal customers and stakeholders. Proficiency in project management and supervising teams is required. Demonstrated knowledge in planning processes and procedures is essential. Ability to manage project budgets and work within budget constraints. Familiarity with ERP solutions and NIS is a plus. Experience with territory management and commissions is desirable. A university degree in a related field is required. Understanding of EO/IR systems and sales operations is beneficial. Knowledge of incentive compensation plans is preferred.
