We’ve got what you’re looking for.Job Description:Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Human Intelligence (HUMINT) Targeting Specialist to join our team! In this role you will get to employ advanced research and analytic techniques, with a heavy emphasis on Open Source and Non-Attribution .Clearance Requirement: Active or Current TS w/ a current SCI (willing to sit for the polygraph).What You'll Be Doing:

Conduct full life cycle targeting to include all-source analysis, target identification, source is viable research and completion of targeting packets.

Provide input to asset validation panels to determine current and future viability of sources.

Utilizing a wide breadth of intelligence databases, tools, and information to research, synthesize data, and develop a intelligence products to meet mission needs.

Develop technical collection strategies and targeting analysis studies to support senior-level stakeholders within the intelligence community (IC).

Create network diagrams using Palantir, Analyst Notebook, or other similar tools.

Provide analytic and operational support to HUMINT collectors.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

Bachelors AND 5 years relevant experience OR 8 years of relevant experience w/o degree.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution preferably in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, History, Law Enforcement or related field.

3+ years direct HUMINT targeting OR 3+ years HUMINT operations support plus 3+ years of kinetic targeting.

Versatile experience in Open Source (proven capabilities) and Non-Attribution.

Experience in data mining, research, and intelligence tools and databases.

Experience in in-depth research and critical thinking.

Understanding organizational and partner authorities and processes.

Experience in tagging data and building networks using Palantir, or similar software.

Technical skills, knowledge, and experience to accomplish the work in a targeting officer task list with minimal oversight: HQ Generated Cables, Trace Response, Asset Validation, & Network Diagrams.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

Previous experience supporting the China Mission Group

Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC).

Target network profiling course (TNPC).

Operational HUMINT Targeting Course (OHTC).

Advanced Targeting Workshop.

Experience with databases and tools such as PROTON, VOLTRON, BHTK, Palantir, Analyst Notebook, and similar.

Experience with Geo Metadata Analysis and Pattern of Life development using ArcGIS, GoogleEarth, Palantir and other appropriate tools preferred.

The ideal candidate will possess analytic contacts throughout the Intelligence Community and a high level of expertise in their assigned area of responsibility or target set.

The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of policies, laws and regulations that govern support to the Directorate of Operations (DO) and a solid understanding of research, analysis, production and briefing methods.

Excellent writing, verbal, and communication skills.
