Position: Program/Project Manager Location: Washington, DC (Onsite) Key Responsibilities: Oversee the entire project, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Manage communications with OHS, and other stakeholders. Coordinate with technical and support teams to ensure seamless execution of tasks. Develop and manage the project plan, schedules, risk management, and progress reporting. Implement Agile project management practices and ensure timely delivery of milestones. Experience, Skills, and Qualifications: At least 12+ years of experience in IT project management, with demonstrated success in large-scale federal or enterprise-level projects. Direct experience with OHS Head Start Program is highly preferred. Proven experience in managing Healthcare and grants related projects for HHS, NIH, or other Federal Health agencies Proven experience in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum). Deep expertise in Java, React, Node.js, MongoDB, and microservices architecture. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Education Qualifications: Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Certifications: PMP
