Pre-Deployment Job Description

Break/Fix



  • Provide knowledge to customer's on how hardware swap contracts work

  • Submit quotes for hardware entitlements

  • Submit SOM requests, monitor customer's hardware contracts - post update


Orders



  • Asses and process orders/quotes for hardware

  • Keep track of hardware backordered and/or out of stock

  • Provide entry-level skills and knowledge of hardware that is available to franchises

    • i.e. pictures or description of product




Escalations



  • Work in cooperation with different teams within the NCR to resolve post sales discrepancies

    • i.e. invoicing, billing updates and purchase options



  • Use detail-oriented skills to work swiftly using all information and resources available to find solutions for issue at hand


COO



  • Keep accurate and current record of franchisee's contact & billing information

  • Use research skills to update or lessen confusion of any past or upcoming change of ownerships


Summary



  • Interact with customers daily via phone and email on placing orders and resolving escalations.

  • Document every day tasks and actions via service now

  • Periodic call campaign
