Description We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and supporting senior management with complex administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administrative support, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle a variety of responsibilities with professionalism and efficiency. This long-term contract/contract-to-hire opportunity is based in the Indianapolis, IN area.Job Description:

Executive Support: Provide high-level administrative support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.

Project Management: Assist with special projects, prepare reports, and track project progress to ensure timely completion.

Document Preparation: Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations; manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Office Management: Oversee office operations, including coordinating with vendors, managing office supplies, and implementing office policies and procedures.

Communication: Serve as a liaison between senior management and other staff, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.

Requirements
