Accounts Receivable Analyst

Adecco has partnered with our Detroit based client who is seeking a detailed-oriented and experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst/Accountant to join our finance team. The successful candidate will manage and oversee the company's accounts receivable process, ensuring accurate and timely collection of payments, maintaining records, work with program managers, and resolve any discrepancies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively, within a team, in a fast-paced environment.Requirements: 3+ years of experience in A/R Experience in general accounting to be successful in this role – it is not “just an AR” position Ability to create/use pivot tables, v-lookupsConsider the following before applying to this role: They have many programs (some small, some multi-million dollar programs), many clients (internal/external), many deliverables so it’s never the same day twice. Success at 90 days- complete month end cycle, sending out to customer. Success at 1 year- Successfully running the full cycle, post cash accurately, knowledge of how payments come in- familiar with accounts and how they are paid (who’s paying)- invoice approval for every program.
