Your Impact: As a vital member of our team, you will design product requirements and strategies that directly address customer needs. You will validate ideas with target customers from conception through the entire product lifecycle, ensuring continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to define and deliver strategic plans for various technical and business initiatives. You should be a strategic thinker capable of guiding cross-functional teams in creating products that elevate the customer experience and expand market share. Objectives of this Role:

Spearhead the product and business planning processes for cross-functional teams.

Conduct in-depth analyses of customer needs, market trends, and potential partnerships.

Evaluate competitor offerings to identify differentiation opportunities.

Develop and manage production timelines across departments.

Strategize go-to-market plans for new product ideas.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the product lifecycle, including market research, competitor analysis, and product launches.

Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for engineering teams.

Create comprehensive product strategy documents outlining business cases, use cases, technical requirements, and ROI.

Utilize market data to shape sales strategies and marketing communications.

Collaborate with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and release.

Develop distinctive product positioning and messaging for key market segments.

Travel: Up to 20% travel, including international.

Customer Focus: This high-visibility role significantly impacts our software COE's productivity and other software teams. You will interact with employees at all levels, vendors, division management, consultants, and other industry professionals.

  • National Manager- Specialty Administration- Philanthropic, IRA, ILIT The National Manager- Specialty Administration is responsible for leading Charitable Advisory and Administration Services, IRA Account Administration, and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trust business units. These business units focus on oversight, advisory services and administration of accounts within each of these specialties: Charitable Personal Trust Accounts, including charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts, private foundation trusts, donor advised funds; Individual Retirement Accounts; and Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts. These business units provide oversight of and advisory services for specialty accounts not under their direct administration, as well as directly administer accounts. The manager leads a team of 15+ trust colleagues, ensuring all regulatory requirements governing these accounts are met.
