Description We are offering a long-term contract opportunity for a Data Entry Clerk. Based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, this role is primarily focused on administrative duties within the data entry field. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be a vital part of our team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of data, particularly related to donations and customer inquiries.Responsibilities: Accurate entry of data into the appropriate systems Efficient processing of donation-related data Regular maintenance and updating of customer records Diligent monitoring of customer accounts and taking necessary actions Efficiently resolving customer inquiries and concerns Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for data entry and data management tasks Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all donation data Collaborate with the team to meet deadlines and achieve goals Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Continuously improve data entry processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
