Want a day time shift for baking production? Are you passionate about quality control and ensuring high standards in food production? Join our wonderful team at Authentic Gourmet BakeShop (AGBS).

We produce buns, breads, desserts and more for some of the best restaurants in the Twin Cities. We are hiring a Baker who has experience with Quality Control to work with our production and our quality control process.

Key Responsibilities:

-Assist with our growing production demands, wherever needed.

- Perform regular inspections of packaged products to ensure accuracy, labeling, and presentation

- Assist with maintaining accurate records of production and quality.

Qualifications:

Previous experience with a production bakery.

The ability work within a team.

Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards (HACCP, etc.).
