Come be a part of this exciting and growing technology!Duties & Responsibilities:Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop process engineers on the teamProvide engineering support for the operation of multiple production lines, including day to day troubleshooting, performance tracking, etc. Own the value stream(s) creation and updates within your respective scope Collaborate and effectively interface with manufacturing, R&D, quality, maintenance, sales, marketing, and other internal and external support teams to meet EHS, production, quality, cost savings, and new product development goals within schedule and budget Collect and analyze data to drive improvements that improve safety, quality, cost, and productivityCreate and update bill of materials, routings, and new part numbersDrive process improvements by identifying, developing, and leading continuous improvement projects to meet key production metrics Strong and robust technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment/production issues – mechanical, chemical, electrical, controlsDevelop, write, and review new process documentationPotential for on call or extended hours supportAid in the ideation and implementation for the shift towards digitizationLead in the ideation and roll out of small to large capital projectsResponsible for training and developing process engineers across the plant
