QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Two years of experience or education in Human Services or related field

Proven ability to keep accurate records

Customer service oriented

One year experience or education in office environment with computer experience in word processing and Excel spreadsheets

Ability to pass background check

DUTIES INCLUDE:

Maintain complete and detailed client files

Accurately determine eligibility of Fuel Assistance applicants

Process applications

Input into computer data system

Conduct outreach throughout 17-county service area

Full-time, seasonal position, working 30 - 35 hours per week. Benefits include: Paid Health Insurance, sick and vacation leave, 401K after one year, employee paid vision and dental coverage$18.07 per hour and up, depending on experience.
