CREW LEADER (Union County)
Professional Bamboo Landscapers LLC is hiring a hands-on working leader for our bamboo excavation and removal crew.
We run one crew — you’ll be the leader, working directly with the owner.
This job is for someone who knows how to:
Run an excavator confidently
Drive and tow a truck + trailer
Lead a small crew in the field
Get your hands dirty when needed
Pay & Details
Pay: $1,050 – $1,150 per week (salary) — up to $1,350 for strong experience and skill
Bonuses: $500 end-of-season + $1,000 return bonus if you come back in April
Hours: 8 AM start at the shop, Monday–Friday (occasional Saturdays)
Season: Now through December 23 — return in April for a full-time manager role with year-round pay
You’ll receive paid holidays (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day) if work rolls over those days, and a real shot at a year-round leadership role next season.
Requirements
Excavator + truck/trailer experience required
At least 2 years’ experience running crews or leading in a blue-collar trade
Physically able to help when needed
Dependable, hard-working, and take pride in your work
