Make your mark in an innovative product through impactful client collaboration and crafting exceptional solutions that cater to clients' needs.As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Global Clearing, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development.The Payments Product Management organization is responsible for managing and growing the P&L, scaling, and integrating payments platforms across Commercial Banking and the Corporate & Investment Bank. The team defines the product strategy, drives the product roadmap, segments clients and packages solutions against these segments, determine the end-to-end delivery strategy, manages the product launches, and enables the sales teams. The business generates over $1 billion in revenue, is consistently ranked #1 in the industry and is the largest fee generating business in payments. You will be responsible for driving globally the next generation of cross-border payments and client solutions through using data to identify client and business opportunities and insights. You will work with Clients, Sales, Product, and Partners to identify opportunities to improve Client Experience, identify revenue accretive opportunities & enhancements, and work cross functionally to help define the Future of Payments.Job responsibilities

Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product.

Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients

Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral

Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

Support innovation within the Clearing business for our clients, partnering with the broader Payments Organization

Identify, evaluate, and prioritize white space and tactical product investment opportunities through extensive analysis of value chain and external forces

Evaluate external trends spanning payments, industry verticals, and technology disruption with the goal of identifying emerging opportunities

Lead client, sales, and industry workshops with the goal of identifying and evaluating unique industry workflow needs, client pain points, and evolving client needs

Complete in-depth analysis of direct and indirect competitive landscape and deliver recommendations spanning learn, build, and buy

Support new product innovation including subscription based pricing, and new/alternative payments rails including Partior, APIs,

Create commercialization process to identify, track, and report on productivity of past, current, and future product development and investments

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products

Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Strategic thinker - comfortable transforming abstract ideas into a plan of action

Analytical - leverage advanced models to transform large sets of data into insight

Product experience - deep experience using product management frameworks spanning product, price, promotion, and distribution

Change agent - make a passionate case for change through facts, strong communication style, and deep understanding of audience

Relationship builder and Client advocate - invest in developing collaborative relationships with key internal and external partners; delight clients across all touch points through deep understanding of commercial clients and their emerging needs

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Consultant or product strategy experience

Payments expert - strong point of view on the future of payments informed by experience and thought leadership

Analytical - ability to consume source and consume large data pools and turn them into meaningful opportunities and stories

Data science, SQL, or coding experience

Strong communication and influencing skills at all levels of the organization will be essential to achieve success in this role
