As a Global Workforce Screening CIS Lockbox Transactions Associate you will be responsible for day-to-day activities associated with background screening for new hires, contingent workers and existing employees that are governed under US Citizenship & Immigration Services regulations, along with various regulations. Areas of responsibility include the analysis of background reports and other publicly available documentation, liaising with various stakeholders to provide instructions/troubleshooting and general onboarding responsibilities. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth onboarding for workers supporting Public Sector Receivable Operations and ensuring compliance with certain U.S. and regional laws and JPMC policies.Job responsibilities

Ability to work independently while ensuring adherence to deadlines and compliance with regulatory and/or firm policy requirements.

Understand and maintain adherence with client onboarding requirements, including but not limited to background check processing, record-keeping and tracking.

Review and analyze contingent worker, new hire, and employee background screenings in adherence with the Global Workforce Screening & General Lockbox Security Guidelines and Policy.

Communicate with internal employees/contingent workers, external candidates, recruiters, LOB onboarding partners and other stakeholders via inbound/outbound calls and emails.

Analyze submitted documentation to determine whether it meets eligibility requirements & utilize critical thinking skills to research and review multiple sources of information to confirm accuracy within the decision-making process.

Implement exceptional interpersonal skills, both written and verbal to provide efficient customer service when resolving employee screening data related issues.

Manage large volume of data handling with integrity and high-quality follow through while maintaining compliance standards.

Skillfully work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict daily deadlines including being able to effectively manage through peak volume periods.

Successfully complete comprehensive training program on all Global Workforce Screening, CIB & Public Sector Receivable Operations requirements.

Provide support within Global Workforce Screening and to Public Sector Receivable Operations and Onboarding partners, as necessary & assisting during CIS audits as Subject Matter Expert & perform annual review of regulatory requirements to determine if operational changes are needed.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years relevant work experience.

Robust analytical and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.

Experience with handling highly confidential data in a sensitive and secure manner.

Proficient Microsoft Office Skills

Demonstration of learning agility for various systems and processes.

Highly disciplined, an initiative-taker with the ability to execute on assignments independently.

Ability to investigate, ask probing questions, and collect various information to make sound decisions.

Knowledge of government regulatory frameworks; Public Sector Receivable Operations-specific experience highly preferable

Adequate customer service skills to manage and resolve employee data related issues.
