Lead end-to-end processes, manage dependencies, and liaise with stakeholders as part of a team at the forefront of innovation.As a Product Delivery Manager in the Strategic Execution team within Payments Business Transformation, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way. The projects you will be engaged in, are strategically important to the Payments organization and may be across products, LOBs, cross-LOB, regions and global. Projects may include addressing efficiencies, controls and client experience improvements, applying automation and innovative technologies, addressing individual client or product challenges, and contributing to and advising on new product development.Job responsibilities

Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Participates in a range of strategicand tactical initiatives that support improvedclient experience and business execution;

Supports global business development opportunities such as new markets, new product rollout,new deals, issue resolution, cross functional productivity;

Improves the client experience by designing solutionsto meet client needs (e.g. improve onboarding, ensure cross business client service issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner);

Develops close and influencing relationships with product, sales, service, implementations, infrastructure/support groups and JPM business partners;

Executes quantitative analyses to identity key themes and insights, includingability to sourcerelevant datasets, determine critical components and build appropriate models / outputs;

Develops executive level presentations to convey key points.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area

Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

Strong project and process management skills

Ability to develop strong partnerships across business lines, cultures and variousfunctions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Data management skills

Bachelor's degree

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Experience in wholesale banking with understanding of the TS/wholesale payments business and products

Graduate degree in a relevant field
