The Office Assistant will be working alongside the owner of a Equipment Finance Company.
Candidate must be highly organized, have great time management skills and be able to prioritize different tasks assigned.
The job description:
-Handling incoming phone calls and other communications.
-Responsible for managing and responding to incoming leads.
-Managing files, and updating paperwork.
Knowledge in the following is a plus:
-Computer literacy and ability to type is a must.
-Communication skills.
-Microsoft EXCEL/GOOGE Sheets.
-SALESFORCE (will train if needed)
-Some sales experience a plus.
