Administrator office Manager with expertise in QuickBooks, Excell, Microsoft office.
Responsibilities:
QuickBooks accounting entries, excell spreadsheets, Assistance with project management.
Admin support for phone calls with subcontractors, scheduling, permits, and project management for home building tasks. Insurance filing, audits, business yearly filings
Managing multiple files, drawings, estimates.

We are a small Custom Home builder with 4 to 5 projects at a time that need total organization. You will answer to only two people in a fun office environment.
Pay starting at $22 per hour 25 hours/ week minimum (4 day work week preferred but can do 5 days) can easily move up in pay and hours if you complete initial tasks and take on more to help this company run smooth.
