Electrical Contractor looking for someone who can help the company to organize as we grow. Help create systems for AP and AR. Filing and organizing of all paper work. Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel is a huge plus. Having worked for a contracting company before with some understanding and ideas of how to organize and run a business with systems in place is a plus. Would consider some remote work once some systems are in place and the office is running smoothly. Some additional tasks may be reaching out to contractors to solicit our company for bidding, placing pictures on Instagram and Facebook with small descriptions of our work.
