Our aim isn’t just about improving buildings; it’s about creating perfect places that improve people’s lives.Our Associate Client Service Managers (ACSM) establish the foundation for our customer’s service and digital experience by focusing on account management. Why is this role so important? The ACSM is a critical role in managing the overall delivery of services, ensuring financial performance, customer satisfaction, account growth and customer retention.This is a Hybrid position, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working remotely. The initial training period will consist of 5 days in the office per week for approximately 2 months.As an ACSM, you will:

Serve as the main customer contact for assigned agreements

Review service work orders and inspection reports for deficiencies; generate proposals to improve those deficiencies

Fulfill service contract obligations for execution and manage financial performance of the service agreements

Verify contract characteristics entered for assigned accounts

Ensures timely delivery of planned maintenance and reactive calls to meet customer expectations

Work closely with sales and Renewal Coordinator to ensure service agreement renewals are renewed on a timely basis

Schedule Sales/Ops turnover, review booking packages, gather system information, validate equipment lists, review maintenance schedule with customer, and conduct quality assurance calls with customer

You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or state-recognized GED

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel spreadsheets and business software systems

Must be able to demonstrate:

Accuracy and attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills

Project management and financial skills

Ability to read and understand customer service contracts

Verbal and written communication skills in English

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate degree

Knowledge and experience in SAP or other maintenance and planning tools

Familiarity or experience with Fire Alarm, or Security Systems

The pay range for this position is $54,530 - $93,480 / year. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
