Description We are in search of an Office Service Associate for our location in Morristown, New Jersey. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity and involves a wide range of responsibilities. The role primarily involves handling mail, maintaining inventory, assisting in meeting arrangements, and providing general office support. Responsibilities: Handling the delivery and pick up of USPS and other mail services, ensuring efficient processing of all outgoing mail. Keeping track of inventory in mail areas, including USPS and accountable mail. Assisting end users with mail and shipping protocols, and updating mail lists as necessary. Overseeing confidential document shredding in line with company policies. Organizing and maintaining conference rooms for meetings and events. Monitoring office supplies inventory, including general supplies, paper, toner, etc. Preparing large volume print requests and conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy. Providing service, colleague support, and first level maintenance for multi-function devices (MFDs). Monitoring the office for facilities related issues and reporting accordingly. Ensuring pantries have adequate supplies and replenishing as needed. Assisting with the setup of conference rooms for meetings, including beverage and food arrangements. Covering reception desk as needed and cleaning conference rooms post meetings. Assisting other Office Service Associates as needed to meet demand. Requirements Proficiency in scanning and filing documents is essential Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated experience in scheduling appointments and meetings Strong organizational skills for handling office tasks Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Basic computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office applications Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven problem-solving abilities Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information High level of professionalism in dealing with internal and external clients.
