We are seeking a reliable and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our insurance agency in Guttenberg, NJ.
In this role, you will support clients primarily with insurance inquiries, policy updates, and issue resolution. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast paced, service driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Assist clients with questions related to insurance policies, billing, claims, etc
- Maintain up to date and accurate customer records in the system
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by providing excellent customer service at all times.
- Follow up on leads and support agents with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily performance goals
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- P&C (Property & Casualty) license is a strong advantage
Compensation:
- Starting rate: $16.00 per hour
- Compensation may be reconsidered based on prior industry experience and if the candidate holds a valid Property & Casualty license.
