SUMMARY
Support a high-volume customer service team with order entry, email communication, and day-to-day clerical tasks. You’ll be the extra set of hands that keeps orders accurate and moving, while gaining exposure to cross-functional partners in operations and sales. What’s in it for you: hands-on experience with order management, visibility with leadership in operations, and the chance to learn or deepen ERP skills (Syteline experience is a plus).
This is a temporary role through the end of the year, possibly longer, fully onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Input and update customer orders with complete and accurate details.
Adjust and maintain promised dates and status updates within the order system.
Draft, send, and respond to professional email correspondence with customers and internal teams.
Provide day-to-day clerical support that keeps the customer service function running smoothly.
Coordinate closely with existing CSRs and partner with operations leadership; loop in sales as needed.
Spot discrepancies or delays early and take action to resolve or escalate promptly.
Keep records organized and easy to reference for audits and follow-ups.
QUALIFICATIONS
1–2 years in a customer service, clerical, or administrative role (manufacturing/distribution a plus).
Clear, concise written communication—especially in email.
Fast learner who can jump into new tasks and systems quickly.
Reliable, proactive, and attentive to detail.
Nice to have: familiarity with Syteline (or similar) ERP.
