Assistant Front Manager
Supervising Cashiers/Expo and Drivers during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations aiming to obtain customer satisfaction and retention. Fill in manager in times of absence.
Managing and assisting cashiers, food expediting and delivery drivers to maintain excellent customer service.
Help create and foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Smooth out problems within the workplace.
Hiring, training and supervising restaurant staff, including conducting performance evaluations
Support ongoing learning and development of team members. Reinforce procedures for each area (cashiers, food expediting and delivery drivers).
Order taking and processing and managing the overall workflow of the workplace.
Communication between front and back of the house staff.
Coordinate delivery drivers using our dispatch system, making sure orders are delivered correctly and on time.
Maintain products and packaging materials always restocked.
Float as Cashier, expo and driver as needed.
Opening and Closing at the end of the day
Driver when needed.
Supervise and participate in cleaning activities.
Bilingual Spanish a plus
Available to work on weekends is a MUST.
