We’re hiring a Multi-Unit General Manager to oversee Miti Miti Latin Street Food and Medusa Greek Street Food in South Orange, NJ.
What You’ll Do
Lead daily FOH & BOH operations
Recruit, train, and support staff
Manage scheduling, payroll, and POS
Ensure DOH compliance and service standards
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years multi-unit GM experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Calm under pressure, team-focused
ServSafe Certification required
