Job Title: Staff Accountant (Contract)Job DescriptionThe Staff Accountant/Accounting Services Specialist will focus on managing negative AR and client transactions, ensuring accurate payments and receivables. The role requires a deep understanding of both AR and journal entries, alongside the ability to identify cycles and connections between various customer and supplier ledgers. Responsibilities Include:· Supporting AR and client · Processing and reconciling invoices and statements · Maintaining accurate aging reports · Preparing journal entries · Create documentation for transactions · Work across departments to inform decision-making, and foster positive relationships with vendors and customers · Creating weekly and monthly accounting reports, supporting other accounting functions, assisting financial managers, and aiding in system implementations Hard Skills· Experience in BOTH Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable · Experience with Journal Entries · Analytical experience and ability to identify patterns Job Type· This is a contract position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
