Competitive assessment of the loyalty landscape.
Feedback on member insight on chrun rates.
Assess opportunity for a paid loyalty program - benefits and risks.
You'll be successful if you have
A blend of analytical prowess and creative thinking.
Basic understanding of diverse marketing concepts and practices.
Any previous experience in marketing/loyalty although not essential, will be highly valued.
Awareness of key financial metrics related to brand health and market performance.
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Required Qualifications/Experience
Relevant major or interest in hospitality.
Be enrolled in an accredited college, university or trade school undergraduate or graduate degree program.
Be a rising undergraduate senior or pursuing a graduate degree.
