Position DescriptionWhat does a great Sr. Product Strategy Manager do?This product leadership role is part of the Digital team in Card Services. The Senior Product Manager will lead overall product strategy and product management for our cardholder facing online and related products that are used by millions of consumers across hundreds of financial institution clients.Essential Job Responsibilities :
Define and articulate a long-term product strategy and road map with clearly defined business metrics and targets.
Define product road map based on stakeholder feedback and a robust prioritization framework
Translate this road map into well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Communicate and build consensus across multiple departments in creating the product road map.
Manage product development process inclusive of product commercialization tasks required to bring product to market.
Lead peers and dotted line relationships through the project life cycle to deliver development efforts.
Establish and maintain awareness and understanding of customer and market needs.
Ideate and bring to life innovative product ideas that are aimed at enhancing the user experience of consumers and financial institution clients
Develop pricing strategy and operational framework for internal and external integration
Partner with Technology to drive both technical architecture and delivery of product road map
Drive sales enablement collateral in partnership with Marketing and Sales Support
Manage P&L including revenue forecast, business case development and expenses
Deliver product presentations to prospects, existing clients and assist in responding to RFP requests
Drive alignment across stakeholders from multiple functional groups – Implementations, Sales, Technology, Sales Consulting, Account Management, Product Management
Basic Qualifications for Consideration :
Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering
5+ years of experience in product management/strategy roles related to digital products
Exceptional ability to think strategically and analytically coupled with strong written communication skills (ppt)
Strong project management skills with a focus on flawless execution and pragmatic solutions
Highly collaborative work style with the ability to positively negotiate, influence others and maintain effective business relationships
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
Master's degree in Business or Engineering
Financial services or mobile payments industry experience
Experience leading web products in a B2B2C eco-system
