OverviewTitle: Ergonomic SpecialistLocation: Princeton, NJStatus: Full TimeHours: M-F 8:30am - 4:00pmErgonomic specialists are expected to identify potential risks for MSK injuries and develop strategic actions to mitigate the risk. This role also focuses on helping workers with an integrated model of injury prevention and early intervention services.Responsibilities All Early Intervention Specialist Duties Perform, document, and track ergo task analysis using client or ATI specific tools Develop strategic actions for direction of client’s ergonomics program Develop, train, and lead cross functional teams and committees to include client’s employees Interface with department leaders and corporate executives to seek feedback and/or approval for projects, report, and program KPIs Manage task lists with identified ergo risk to further problem solve risk mitigation strategies and the ability to prioritize projects Deploy new technology to include software and wearable technologyQualificationsMinimum EducationRequired: Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health or an equivalent combination of education and experiencePreferred: Education Bachelor’s Degree in Human Factors, Engineering Biomechanics, Kinesiology, Ergonomics, Safety, Nursing or Allied Health ProfessionMinimum ExperienceRequired: Minimum 2 years’ experience in Early Intervention and/or industrial ergonomicsPreferred: AEP-Associate Ergonomics Professional Previous training/experience in Industrial ErgonomicsKnowledge Skills and Abilities Injury Prevention/Early Intervention (Biomechanical risk assessments and job coaching) Task Assessments Post Offer Administration Office Assessments Ergo Task Analysis Ergo Program Management#LI-KH4Virtual Employee?NoLocation/Org Data : Dept Number9513ReqID 2024-22482Job Locations US-NJ-PrincetonJob Category Occupational Health - Worksite SolutionsPay Class Full Time
