Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a dedicated Governance Project Manager to support the IAM Governance initiatives. This role involves establishing a periodic cadence for governance meetings, organizing, and facilitating these sessions, managing schedules, capturing detailed meeting notes, and ensuring follow-up on open actions. The candidate will develop and maintain an IAM log, own the RAID management process, and set up IAM risk review sessions with stakeholders. They will draft and implement IAM risk management policies and procedures while working closely with the Business Change Manager to identify key stakeholders and support stakeholder management plans. Furthermore, the candidate will evaluate existing program metrics, report on program maturity, identify and prioritize KPIs, and develop data models and dashboards, including PowerBI dashboards, to track program improvements and risks.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
