Production Control SpecialistKirtland AFB, Albuquerque, NM, USA Req #436Monday, December 2, 2024ASRC Federal Netcentric Technology, LLC is seeking a Production Control Specialist to support our customer located at Kirtland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico.Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepares, transfers, and records both written and computerized communications and records.

Compiles and records work task data to compare records and reports on scheduled versus actual completion, consumption of material, quality control, and other aspects of the work performed by KEOS facility maintenance technicians.

Use applicable computer data system (specifically USAF’s “NextGen IT”) to compile and record relevant data.

Manage the workflow of work requests submitted through the customer service office and NexGen IT. Ensure work requests are accurate and assigned to the appropriate shop to facilitate inspection, test, and/or repair Compiles material inventory records and assist in preparation of requisitions for procurement of materials and supplies.

Provides oversight and administration of formal government processes such as construction and repair initiation requests; ensures electronic folders contain required coordination documents.

Monitors organizational electronic mailboxes.

Manages the Facility Managers Program: maintains Facility Manager assignment letters and Facility Manager distribution listing, updates the Facility Manager Guide, and prepares, schedules, performs or assists in the Facility Managers quarterly training.

Assists in training of Dispatchers and other Production Control personnel. Updates Dispatch Guide and checklist.

Manages the organization’s SharePoint site.

Assists in the development and updating of numerous Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Maintains key control for KAFB’s vacant and miscellaneous facilities.

Maintains gate control access for the Manzano complex.

Requirements:

Minimum education level of high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Minimum of one year of experience in related work with similar level of duties and responsibilities.

Be proficient in use of work management software and applications such as Adobe Acrobat Pro and Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Must pass a drug screen.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued security clearance.

Must possess and maintain a valid US driver's license.

Be committed to providing for and maintaining a safe working environment.

Have ability to perform repetitive physical tasks involving lifting at least 30 lbs.

Must have held a MSS position for at least 1 year (52 weeks) in an ATS facility (see NOTE above).
