Combining proven strategies and technology innovations, we streamline, connect, and secure even the most complex and critical teams. Currently, we are seeking an Operations Lead in Las Cruces, NM. The selected candidate must have a government security clearance, per contract requirements (Clearance Level: TS/SCI) and a Counter Intelligence (CI) Polygraph.Responsibilities:

Oversees the execution of mission and directs operational contractor efforts, to include managing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) teams in current operations support and COMSEC activities on the operations floor and troubleshooting operational support issues.

Monitors and reports overall operations integrity and success.

Coordinates schedule with mission partners.

Coordinate and direct software and/or equipment test activities.

Reports to Site Lead or Site Operations Lead any security, staffing, or resource problems.

Coordinates issues with outside mission nodes.

Makes formal proposals for systems and site improvements to Site Lead and Site Operations Lead.

Addresses operational issues with mission partners.

May draft executive correspondence, provide senior level briefings and be proactive in developing solutions.

Operations/facilities/floor manager outside of normal duty hours.

May monitor work area entry/badging control outside of normal duty hours.

Shipment control outside of normal duty hours.

Qualifications:

BS or equivalent + 8 years related experience, or MS + 5 years related experience.

Highly desired experience in Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) mission operations and support.

Candidates should have good communication skills. Most of the work involves all forms of communication - email, written, chat, and telephone.

Must be able to work well with others - we are looking for team players. And must also be able to work independently under limited supervision, at times.

Must be willing to work 12 hour shifts, weekdays and weekends; schedule is based on 4-days on and 4-days off.

Must be able to collaborate with others and coordinate a variety of activities.

Security Clearance: Must have TS/SCI w/CI Poly; candidate must be indoctrinated prior to reporting to the site for work.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.
