Description Located in Midtown, ManhattanOur client, a full-service, boutique law firm located in the heart of Midtown, Manhattan, is seeking a Legal Assistant for a 3-week, vacation coverage. This role will be reporting to one attorney who specializes in commercial real estate. Main duties involve editing legal documents, answering the attorney’s phone, and organizing loan / closing documents. The ideal candidate will have a background in / understanding of Commercial Real Estate documents (loan documents, closing documents, LLC Formation documents, etc.). This is a fully IN-OFFICE role.
