Baron's is a family owned, American farm to table restaurant in Bed Stuy, Brooklyn. We partner with farmers and foragers to serve the highest quality seasonal items to our guests.

In addition to our food, we take pride in the family nature of our establishment. We have a small, friendly team that holds a strong bond in all aspects of work culture.

We are currently seeking a responsible, structure-oriented General Manager to lead our team to continued success.

Responsibilities include:

-Management of the floor during Dinner and Brunch services

-Training, scheduling, and time management of staff

-Promote up-selling and raising check averages

-FOH Inventory management

-Overseeing proper sanitary practices

-Maintaining and creating new relationships with customers

-Conducting proper disciplinary procedures when necessary

-Booking large parties and oversight of the logistics

-Knowledge and upkeep of Department of Health standards

The ideal candidate is an independent self-starter and capable of working/leading a team of 9-10 employees. The individual must have the ability to multitask and problem-solve to ensure seamless service. The candidate should have a passion for food service and hospitality.

Possessing a Food Handler’s certificate is a plus. Candidate should have at least 1-2 years of management in a hospitality setting.
