We are an immigration law firm and are seeking to immediately hire an experienced immigration paralegal to join our legal team. The paralegal will be responsible for drafting immigration forms, motions and pleadings; legal research; reviewing client files and advising clients regarding necessary documents; compiling documents for hearings; meeting with clients; attending weekly meetings with attorneys; and general tasks assigned by attorneys for completion of client files.
We require at least one year of experience handling immigration cases. Experience with asylum cases and a 2nd language is a strong preference.
This is a full-time in office position (this is not a remote or hybrid position). The starting salary is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 yearly plus overtime, very generous bonuses, and an exceptional opportunity for growth.
