Assist the Senior Property Manager with a variety of activities including, but not limited to:
Communicate with tenants regarding rent payments, maintenance, insurance, etc.
Manage tenant requests and resolve issues, answer tenant questions and assess their needs
Maintain accurate and complete tenant and vendor files (hard copy and electronic)
Maintain consistent communication with Senior Property Manager and other staff as needed regarding daily
operations and needs of tenants and vendors
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Quickbooks Enterprise
Answer phones and greet visitors to office when necessary
Data entry in MS Office programs and Quickbooks Enterprise
Visit properties in Portland/Vancouver for inspections when needed; checking in/out tenants; meet vendors.
Maintain various weekly and monthly reports for Senior Property Manager and ownership
Skills Required:
Effective time management, including prioritization of time sensitive items and the ability to meet deadlines
Organization skills
Highly development written and oral communication skills, including the ability to communicate across digital
platforms and in-person
Attention to detail
Strong interpersonal skills to support relationships with tenants and vendors
Microsoft Office experience (specifically with Outlook for email and calendar)
Reliable vehicle to visit properties in Portland/Vancouver on a regular basis
