We are seeking a team member for our New Castle, DE location. AFR Clearance Center offers employees a five-day workweek. Employees are entitled to a salary of $38K-$43K, plus sales commission, bi-weekly pay, paid time off, medical benefits,401 (k), and employee recognition and rewards programs.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION:
The Retail Sales Representative is responsible for providing customer service, sales assistance, and general operations of the retail store.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide quality customer service, including assistance with purchases, suggestive selling, and product information.
Assist customers by maintaining knowledge of store products and pricing.
Operate the sales machine and the cash register accurately, and return appropriate change as needed.
Always maintain a neat and orderly store to include dusting and vacuuming.
Prepare and maintain product displays on the retail sales floor as requested.
Report any theft or suspected theft by customers or employees to management immediately.
Provide support in other areas of business operations as requested.
