PACQ Professionals, Inc. is looking for individuals to help continue growth in our sales department. Our employees are key factors while we focus on helping our clients succeed. As a Field Sales Representative, this individual will be handling all communication between our customers and their clients.
At PACQ, our goal is to provide the top customer service to our clients and employees and while this is our goal, we have proven to be the number one choice in the North East. Our organization has continued to grow rapidly and we intend to grow another 75% by the end of 2024.
We provide full training and all product knowledge for this position. This position involves one on one sales interaction with customers.
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting customers with any questions or concerns
Placing any orders, billing adjustments, or adding promotional value
Design cost estimation of new/replacement contracts
Conducting interviews both inside/outside of office
Managing throughout the company
Training new programs, and systems to employees
Requirements Include:
A desire to work with people on a daily basis in a professional business setting
Excellent communication skills (ex. Public Speaking)
High School Diploma/GED
Little to some experience in sales preferred (ex. Retail, Server, Human Resources, Office Management)
A passion for growth and development
